LAZADA AFFILIATE PAYMENT PROCESS - UPDATED ON OCT 2021

Lazada New Settlement System has been launched in Adsense. From Sep 2021 sale validation period, our sales validation process with be changed as following:

1. MONTHLY BILL

Lazada will do sale validation based on order status updated by 5th every month. Billing will be shown in the Monthly Bill section in Adsense.

***Explanation:

• Change Notice: The Monthly Bill provides you a breakdown of the delivered, returned, and rejected orders considered for the specified billing period. The status of these orders is as of the point of bill calculation. Please do not use your order statement to compare against your Conversion Report. This is due to Laz system will validate orders that are eligible for payment as below

+ Orders placed in month T-1 & month T and successfully delivered in month T

+ Non-official-store Apple products, non-powder-milk under 2 ages products & other blacklist SKUs

+ Non-special-digital- related products

+ Non-violated-Lazada-policy orders: Reseller, Fake Device, Hijacking,…

• Approved Commission: Total commission paid by Lazada to partners
• Payment Status:

+ Settlement in Progress: Bill has been issued and in progress.

+ Settlement Completed: Payment Completed.

• Delivered Month: Delivered orders within the month
• Estimated Commission: The Commission that Laz paid
• Rejected Order: Violated Lazada policy orders
• Returned Order: Cancel/returned orders
• Delivered Order: Order successfully delivered (including Rejected Orders & Returned Orders, which is a bit different with definition on Conversion report)

=> Estimated Commission = Approved Commission = Rejected Orders + Returned Orders + Delivered Orders

2. PAYMENT ADVICE

Please note that as of 01-OCT-2021, all settlement payouts are inclusive of the relevant local taxes based on the tax information you have provided to Lazada and set forth in the Terms & Conditions.

*** HOW TO CROSS CHECK THE MONTHLY BILL NUMBER

1. Download the conversion report on Adsense: month T & month T-1
2. Do Pivot Table with Status "Delivered", Delivery Month "Month T", the data will be same same as Laz Monthly Bill

3. ADVANTAGES & COMING UPDATE

***New functionality will bring more advances for your team to promote Lazada campaign:

• Your team can get the sale validation earlier than before. It will be ready by 10th of each month (except September that we need more time to re-check system data);
• Synergize all data in one system, easier to check and follow your income;

***Improvements in future: Lazada team keeps improving the system to bring better experience for partners. Conversion detail will be ready by Jan 2022.
